The first thing I would build?
A post-modern / industrial home…. Shaped like an office building… Like a minature skyscraper… With lots of metal and glass and concrete… A concrete drainage ditch running right through the middle… With steel grates over it… About a foot wide and deep.
Yes, and similar bugalows back behind the pool. Modern and Industrial, but clean and comfortable.
